Spider Climb. The spider can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Web Walker. The spider ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.

Multiattack. The spider makes two bite attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (3d10 + 6) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) poison damage. If the target is a Large or smaller creature, it is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the spider can bite only the grappled creature and has advantage on attack rolls to do so.

Compel Spawn (Recharge 5-6). Once a creature is poisoned by the queen spider, she can choose to compel them to become a Spider Queen Spawn. She may choose to do this at any time until the target has been fully healed. The target must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 16), and does so with advantage if in combat with the spider. If it fails the saving throw, it becomes a servant of the Spider Queen, regarding other agents of the Spider Queen as allies and putting its waking efforts toward the goals of the Spider Queen. The effect can be ended by Remove Curse or similar effects. The target is granted a new saving throw whenever it's verbally reminded of its old life.

Web (Recharge 5-6). Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 30 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: The creature is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained creature can make a DC 16 Strength check, escaping from the webbing on a success. The effect also ends if the webbing is destroyed. The webbing has AC 10, 5 hit points, vulnerability to fire damage, and immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage.

Queen spiders are massive, intelligent, and cruel arachnids who were once worshiped as manifestations of the Spider Queen by the ancient Montegans.
