Surran

Surrans are known to hail from the Ragnar Mountains where few other humans live. They are tawny skinned with pale eyes of hazel and blue and have hair ranging from blonde to medium brown. Surrans have moderate builds, though some are extremely tall.

The Beetle Riders are a Surran people known to domesticate the great horned beetles that live in the Ragnar Mountains. They use these beetles as mounts, beasts of burden, and use their exoskeletons and those of other giant insects to create sturdy items such as jewelry, armors, and shields.
