Dragon Fanatic. Wyr'Diss has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened. While she can see a dragon or higher-ranking Dragon Cultist friendly to her, she ignores the effects of being charmed or frightened.

Fatatical Advantage. Once per turn, if Wyr'Diss makes a weapon attack with advantage on the attack roll and hits, she deals an extra 7 (2d6) damage.

Pack Tactics. Wyr'Diss has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the cultist's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Spear Mastery. Wyr'Diss has the following benefits when using a spear:

  • She gains a +1 bonus to attack rolls with a spear.
  • When she use a spear, its damage die changes from a d6 to a d8, and from a d8 to a d10 when wielded with two hands. (This benefit has no effect if another feature has already improved the weapon’s die.)
  • She can set her spear to receive a charge. As a bonus action, choose a creature she can see that is at least 20 feet away from her. If that creature moves within her spear’s reach on its next turn, she can make a melee attack against it with her spear as a reaction. If the attack hits, the target takes an extra 1d8 piercing damage, or an extra 1d10 piercing damage if you wield the spear with two hands. She can’t use this ability if the creature used the Disengage action before moving.
  • As a bonus action on her turn, she can increase her reach with a spear by 5 feet for the rest of her turn.

Spellcasting. Wyr'Diss is a 3rd-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attack). Wyr'Diss has the following spells prepared:

  • Cantrips (at will): Light, Resistance, Sacred Flame
  • 1st level (4 slots): Ceremony, Healing Word, Protection from Evil and Good
  • 2nd level (2 slots): Blindness/Deafness, Locate Object, Silence

Actions


Multiattack. Wyr'Diss makes two attacks with her spear or her crossbow.

Emery Spear. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft (10 ft.). or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) or 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage. Additional 10 (3d6) damage against dragons and 13 (3d8) against acid-spitting and marsh dragons.

Light crossbow +1. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, ranged 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d8 + 5) piercing damage.

Battlecry (1/Day). Each creature of Wyr'Diss' choice that is within 30 feet of her, can hear her, and not already affected by Battle Cry gains advantage on attack rolls until the start of her next turn. Wyr'Diss can then make one attack as a bonus action.


Gear. Wyr'Diss' studded leather +1 is light armor. Her Emery Spear +1 is the dragonslayer Wyrmkris. It deals an extra 3d8 damage to marsh dragons (3d6 against other dragons). She wields a light crossbow +1. Additionally, Wyr'Diss carries a pouch with 180 gp.
